Delivery Areas

We only deliver our products to addresses located in Canada. Currently, we do not ship outside of Canada.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on product availability and the destination of the order. Generally, orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Once shipped, delivery typically takes between 5 and 10 business days, depending on the destination.

Delivery Options

We offer several delivery options to meet our customers' needs:

  • Standard Delivery: Delivery within 5 to 10 business days.
  • Express Delivery: Delivery within 2 to 5 business days. Additional fees may apply.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the delivery destination. Delivery fees will be displayed at the time of order before purchase confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your delivery using the provided tracking number.

Delivery Issues

If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are committed to resolving any delivery problems promptly. Common situations include:

  • Damaged Package: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement if necessary.
  • Lost Package: If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier to locate your package. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund, according to your preference.
  • Incorrect Delivery Address: It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. If you realize an error in the delivery address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to correct the address before shipment. If the package has already been shipped, additional fees may apply for re-shipping.
